DSA is proud to endorse the Tenants Bill of Rights ballot measure campaign, a powerful set of tenant protections that makes sure renters have eviction protection and relocation assistance when they are displaced due to rent hikes. These are two steps in the right direction for Tacoma’s renters.

We’re joining Tacoma and Pierce County DSA chapters in endorsing Jamika Scott for Tacoma City Council in District 3! Jamika is a longtime socialist organizer and leader in her DSA chapter, as well as a founding member of Tacoma Action Collective, a group that works to fight systemic oppression and envision a more just society.
